Master of Science in Nursing with Master of Business Administration

Program of Study – 48 Credit Hours

The Joint MSN with MBA degree will include 48 hours of coursework taken from Nursing and Business; the 24 hours of MSN course work includes all MSN core courses and MSN Nursing Administration Foundation courses. The additional 24 hours are MBA courses taken from the School of Business. Candidates must apply separately to both the MSN and MBA programs and be accepted by both; however, the same WVWC Application for Graduate Admission will be utilized for both programs.  Students will not be accepted by the MBA program until they have submitted all application materials, including satisfactory scores on the GMAT exam.

Students may be accepted and begin the MSN Nursing Administration concentration program while completing MBA pre-requisite courses/submitting the GMAT examination scores.. Flexible learning options are available to assist students in meeting the pre-requisite coursework for the MBA program.
